Ingredients

  • 1.50 Ounces Rutte Gin

  • .50 Ounce Blue Curacao

  • .25 Ounce St. Germain Elder Flower Liqueur

  • .75 Ounce Lime Acid

  • Flamed orange zest coin for garnish

    Tiki Bird tchotchke, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients (except the garnishes) in a shaker.
  • Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Flame the orange zest coin over the glass.
  • Perch the Tiki Bird on the rim of the glass, if desired.
