Ingredients

  • 1.50 Ounce Brandy

  • 1 Ounce Rainwater Madeira

  • 1 Teaspoon Raspberry syrup, such as Monin raspberry syrup

  • 1.50 Ounce Whole milk

  • .75 Ounce Emulsified whole egg

    Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a shaker and add ice.
  • Shake very well to completely integrate the egg.
  • Strain into a chilled large coupe glass.
  • Dust with the nutmeg.
