Ingredients

  • 1.50 Ounce Gin

  • .75 Ounce Lemon juice

  • .50 Ounce Simple syrup

  • .75 Ounce Dolin dry vermouth

  • .50 Ounce Raspberry syrup

  • .50 Ounce Emulsified egg white

Directions

  • Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • If you’re using fresh raspberries, fine strain using a small stainless steel mesh strainer to remove the raspberry bits.
