Ingredients

  • 1.50 Ounces Crown Royal Blended Canadian whiskey

  • 1 Ounce Port

  • .50 Ounce Lemon juice

  • .50 Ounce Simple syrup

    1 Small emulsified egg white

  • Shake all ingredients with ice very well to totally emulsify the egg and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
