Ingredients

  • 1.50 Ounces Bacardi Reserva Ocho rum

  • .75 Ounces Offley Porto 10-year Tawny Port or Sandemen Rainwater Madeira

  • .50 Ounces Simple syrup

  • 1 Ounces Unsweetened pineapple juice

  • .75 Ounces Emulsified whole egg

    Grated orange zest garnish

Directions

  • Shake all the ingredients (except the garnish) well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish by sprinkling orange zest over the top of the drink.
