Ingredients

  • 1.50 Ounces Finlandia Vodka

  • .75 Ounces Momokawa Junmai Ginjo Sake

  • .25 Ounces Green Chartreuse

  • .50 Ounces Lime juice

  • .75 Ounces Mixed agave and honey syrup

  • Rosemary sprig, for garnish

  • Lime wheel for garnish

Directions

  • Shake all ingredients (except the garnish and absinthe) in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Fine strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.
  • Pull the rosemary sprig through the center of the lime wheel for the garnish.
  • Mist with the absinthe.
