Ingredients

  • 1.50 Ounces Fords Gin

  • .75 Ounce Lemon juice

  • 1 Ounce Simple syrup

  • .75 Ounce Emulsified egg white

  • Advertisement

    2 Ounce Club soda

Directions

  • Shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with ice long and hard to completely emulsify the egg.
  • Strain into a fizz or highball glass without ice and top slowly with the club soda.
