Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Tanqueray No.10 Gin

  • .75 Ounces John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

  • 1 Ounce Unsweetened Pineapple Juice

  • .50 Ounces Lemon juice

  • 3 Ounces Hoppy IPA Beer

    Fresh Mint Sprig for Garnish

Directions

  • Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into a pilsner glass without ice.
  • Top slowly with the beer.
  • Garnish with the mint sprig.
