The Vesper, sometimes known as the Vesper Martini, is a refreshing vodka and gin-based cocktail, made with gin, vodka, and Lillet blanc, and a lemon twist, and garnished with a lemon peel, twist, or coin.

The Vesper is a refreshing vodka and gin-based cocktail you are sure to love.

Ingredients

  • 3 Ounces Gin

  • 1 Ounce Vodka

  • 1/2 Ounce Lillet blanc

  • Lemon twist for Garnish

Directions

  • Add gin, vodka, and Lillet blanc in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
  • Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink, rub the twist along the rim of the glass and drop it into the cocktail.
