1.50 Ounces Hendrick’s Gin
.75 Ounces Amaro Montenegro
.75 Ounces Aperol
2 Dashes of Dale DeGroff’s pimento aromatic bitters
2 Dashes of Angostura bitters

Orange zest coin for garnish

Directions

Pour all the ingredients (except the garnish) into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice cubes.
Express the orange zest coin over the drink and drop it in the glass.
